About Pop Simple
Pop Simple is an independent Australian creative studio. References to “Pop Simple”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this online store.
Products and information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, scale and appearance can vary between screens, photographs and real-world surfaces. Product images may include mock-ups or styled photography and are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our decals and graphics are decorative products. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their intended surface and for following any application or removal instructions supplied with the product.
Where we describe a decal as removable or suitable for automotive use, that description assumes application to sound, properly finished and appropriately prepared surfaces. Results can vary with the age, condition, repair history, finish, contamination and prior treatment of a surface.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions or an obvious mistake in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change from time to time. The price and applicable shipping charges presented at checkout apply to your order.
You must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Returns, faults and consumer guarantees
